Your visitors can also chat with you with the vidphone widget, you can read and reply to the messages from the dashboard or our android/ios mobile apps.
Lastly, your visitors can also book a video meeting with you. The way this works is that you set a range of dates and times that you will be available for a meeting and provide a few more details like name of the meeting, duration, instructions to the visitor, etc. Then users can pick an available slot and book a meeting with you.
